Before: Built in 1927 with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. A former owner added sleeping space & closet in the attic (window upstairs). Storage in eaves and basement.
Now: Downstairs has dining room, living room, kitchen, guest room, bath. Master quarters upstairs with bedroom, dressing room/laundry, sitting room & veranda overlooking City & Lake Union, another guest room and new bathroom with slab marble shower. Loft has office/craft room with 6 large skylights, 2 storage rooms and playroom for grandchildren. Wine cellar, full shop and storage in basement.
We're living on the first floor until we finish the upstairs (soon), then we'll move everything upstairs while we trim out & finish the cabinetry on the first floor. Slow going, but worth the effort!
